When you are in need of refreshment, there is a fruit and cocktail bar which is open all day, giving guests a little bit of the naughty and the nice! The menu is heavily inspired by local Mediterranean recipes with fresh, local ingredients wherever possible. Gourmet cans are a particular speciality with fresh caught fish and seafood including clams, sea bass, smoked sardines, razor claims and coastal anchovies all available.
